Users can efficiently store photos of sets or props, create shot lists, manage orders (including rentals and purchases), monitor repairs, and oversee crew activities. DEPARTMENT HEAD empowers users to import scripts and link their work to a secure database designed around the script. The application adapts seamlessly when scripts are revised; simply import the updated script to adjust the existing database accordingly.

The app facilitates the creation and distribution of breakdowns and budgets while allowing users to set to-do lists, store notes and images, link reference videos, and attach other relevant documents—all within a single platform.
